COVID-19
At Arctic Friend we are of cause keeping a close eye with the COVID-19 (Corona Virus).
We wish a safe travel for all our customers, and we follow the recommendations and restrictions given by the ministry of foreign affairs. If they advise cancelations to a given destination you will be fully covered, as long as you have bought a full package travel with Arctic Friend. The same applies if the airlines stops offering routes to your destination.
As long as we have not been given any restrictions from the ministry of foreign affairs, our business will continue as usual and our normal cancelation fees will apply.
If you are sick or has been ordered quarantine it is of-cause important that you stay at home and cancel your travel. In that case you need to apply refund of the travel through your travel insurance, as long as ministry of foreign affairs does not advise against travels to the given country.
